This price includes all fees, slaughter, processing, vacuum-sealed, and labeling.

*All steaks are cut 1’ thick Sirloin 3/4*All roast are cut 2’ thick

 

The cuts will not be optional. We equally divide the whole cow into ¼

 

The estimated final weight is between 175 lbs to 212 lbs.

 

*A deposit of $200 is required for a ¼ cow

Once we receive the hanging wt., we will invoice you the balance less the deposit. You will be contacted to arrange pick up in a couple of weeks after it has been aged and cut.

Arrangements for pick up to be arranged.
